Welcome! The Morse Conservation Social Science (CSS) Lab at Auburn University applies a variety of social sciences to research outdoor recreation and nature-based tourism, ecosystem services, and human dimensions of wildlife. Our goal is to understand how social and ecological systems interact to inform policy and decision-making that enhances human well-being and environmental conservation.
